Welcome to Poppy's of Thirroul, a boutique flower, plant and gift ware shop located in the idyllic coastal village of Thirroul.
Poppy's has proudly been a part of the Thirroul community for over 30 years. In saying this the staff at Poppy's will provide you with expert advice for all of your floral solutions. We can assist with any query you may have. Our website is just a glimpse of what we can offer you. Arrangements, bouquets, hampers, plants, pots and giftwares are what we do day to day but we offer so many more services

At Poppy's we pride ourselves in great customer service for a quality product.
Our collaboration with local artists and crafts people is something that I thoroughly enjoy, it warms my heart to work with such creative and talented people, we proudly display their items in our store. We hope you feel the same and purchase their works.
Assisting you with your big events like weddings, parties or other celebrations is yet another service we can offer, contact us if you need assistance with weddings, events, funerals and corporate spaces including floral arrangements and plants.
We take great pride in our work and puts lots of love and care into each item we create. We are in the business of making things look beautiful. We look forward to providing you exceptional services.
Refunds and returns are processed on a case by case basis. Please contact us immediately should you be disassitified with a product or service. Refunds are processed to the account that the initial payment was made from. If the refund was paid by card, only that card will be recredited, we will not refund in cash in this instance.
If incorrect details are provided for a delivery, and the delivery has occured, a re-delivery fee can be charged to resolve the error.
We will only provide a partial or full refund it is can be definitively proven that we were at fault with an order or item. If an item is deemed faulty we are happy to consider an exchange or store credit also. In some instances where there products are offered by consignment on behalf of a third party, we would need to include that party in the discussion with regards to the items before a decision can be made.
If there are any issues with orders that are placed, please contact us immediately with all relevant information so that we can assist you with your query.
While we take pride in our work and our aim is to make every customer happy, we understand that mistakes do happen. We can only act on the information provided by you. If we noticed something is not right, we will attempt to contact you to avoid any issues arising. If you have not placed specific information regarding delivery information or anything important we need to know to make the order complete, we will consider the outcome based on what information we have had available to us.
Cancellations can occur, if they are cancelled immediately. Please contact us immediately if you notice something wrong with your order.
If there is a problem after a delivery has occured, you will nee to notify us in writing within 48 hours of the delivery so that an assessment can be conducted, we will not be able to refund or cancel any orders if the complaint is raised past that time.
